I have the above printer at work and ever since a jam from manual feed while printing envelopes, it will print 1 envelope from the manual feed then beep incessantly while telling me to 'Put Envelo US 10 in Upper Tray'.
This machine doesn't *have* an upper tray. It has a manual feed at the bottom and a scanning feed at the top (and I've tried putting envelopes in there just to see if it shuts up, but no).
If I tuen the machine off then on again, I can print one more envelope but the same error appears.
However, if I don't put an envelope in the manual feed but tell it to print on, it prints on normal paper with no issue.
Googling this problem has led nowhere, I've read the User Guide cover to cover.
Can anyone help? I'm at my wits end, printing 30 envelopes a day.
