I hope someone can help me. I have just replaced all the rollers and pads in my HP 2100 TN and can't seem to get the multi-purpose tray to grab envelops. I have re-installed the roller and separation pad several times and still get no "lifting" of the tray. Any ideas what I have done wrong?
I just solved the problem. Had the roller in upside down! Thanks to all!
