not able to print from web

Hi,
I have installed my new HP color laserjet CP2025dn and it prints fine but every time I print from the Web it gives error printer failed to print.
the printer is connected using USB cable,
Is the any settings that I did not set correctly,Please help
which driver is better:pcl 6 or pcl 5

This is a host-based printer, and you have to make selections in the driver to print web pages. Try printing in landscape.
