4350 Noise

Hi- I have a LJ 4350 that makes quite a racket when printing. I've replaced all the rollers and issue remains. It almost sounds like it might be the paper pick up gear or something. I can hear the noise when a tray is reinserted. What is that? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Where is the noise coming from? Front, Middle, Rear?

Could be the Swing Plate Assembly gear causing the fusing assembly to chatter (GRIND)

It's probably the swing plate assy. PrinterTechs has a very straightforward tutorial on replacing this assembly. Murphy
