Yes, the Service Manual shows how to replace it.
The formatter board for this model is prone to failure. Generally the sign it needs to be replaced for this model is a series of random 49 errors. (We sell it at PrinterTechs , phone 866-352-7108. If you don't have the manual we can also provide instructions with a purchase.)
