LJ 4014 with 13.30 Error

trying to solve a 13.30 issue on LJ p4014 MAchine prints fine out of MP/tray1 however does not out of tray 2. Have removed the feed roller assm. checked the sensor and issue remains. Ocasionally 1 sheet will make it through but more often than not no paper makes it out of tray and other times it makes it up to about the sensor in the feed roller area.

Funny error, remove the engine {top} and the plate covering the tray assy.
Clean the solonoid flapper in the P/U assy. The feed and registrations assy's could be worn, or out of sync. replace both.
