I had a defective black toner cartridge for my CM1017 color laser printer that dumped toner all over the inside of the printer. I have cleaned it out and replaced all the cartridges. Since then, nothing prints correctly. The right side of the page is faded out completely and the only color that prints at all is the cyan, which prints very light.
When I view the event log in the ToolboxFX it lists error code 54.1400 Color Plane Registration Sensor Error 3 times over the past 30 pages.
I have tried cleaning, calibrating and restoring defaults, but nothing is working. Any ideas??
