This printer is giving a shadow when it prints. Seems as the drum is not cleaning. The EP cart was only installed two weeks ago and the problem was there before the new cart also. Any ideas? :mad:

Found the problem. The Fuser was damaged. Looked at it and guess what, there was a dark strip the size of a roller that was damaged. Replaced it and all is fine now.

Thanks for following up and letting us know what the problem was. I'm new here but I've seen other forums where I never found out how the problem was fixed.
