Getting error message 13.20.00 fuser jam inside top cover. Customer said it jams about every 5th page. She has to remove the paper from the fuser itself. I was going to replace the fuser but I'm not sure that’s the problem. I haven't looked at the machine yet because it’s an hour and a half drive.

Book says fuser or duplexer.
Bring a fuser with you.

Clean the sensors under the top cover for the fuser and exit assy flags.
If duplex unit, check the flag under top cover.
