Need Help for 0x04464 error code

I am hoping someone can help me.

When printing pages from the internet my HP 1610 printer started flashing the following: Error: 0x04464dd109:lib_barracu.

The On light and the red exclaimation point flash along with the display. None of the buttons including cancel or OK work. I have disconnected both the power cord and the data cord. When I reconnect the power, the printer reinitializes (I do not even have to push the on button) and begins the flashing and the display again. I am using an AT&T DSL internet connection. Any ideas? Any advice is most appreciated and thank you in advance. Please use layman's language as I am not as technically intelligent as a lot of you are.

The end of the error code looks like it is a library file, referencing a firewall appliance. {Barracuda} Could be blocked content you are trying to print.
Or, it could be the logic board on the printer is failing. If it is not going to ready, you have a dead printer.

Thanks for the response. Since I can not ready the printer I will assume it is DOA and look for a new one. thank you again
