Replaced Cyan Laser due to a 52.1C error code. I ran calibration procedure and printer started working but the Cyan and Yellow colors were not aligning with the Black and Magenta colors. I cleaned the EBT sensor and the EBT has been replaced within the last 9 months. I reset to factory settings and then I got the original 52.1C error code again. Any suggestions on what to do next?

- Try several more calibrations in a row, sometimes multiple calibrations are required ...
- Check connectors to DC controller for that scanner
- Replace scanner again, or replace DC controller

You might also want to update the firmware, even if same.

Off the bat, If the supplies in the machine are not OEM HP brand, I would start there.
or
look up the "nv ram init" procedure...
I have solved some really weird problems by doing this.
Good Luck
