Konica Minolta QMS 2200 problem

Having problems with a Konica Minolta QMS 2200 colour laser.

After a document is sent to print the printer shows the usual 'Processing..' statement on the LCD screen of the printer, however it then seems to hang and do nothing.

Any ideas?

I have this printer. It's kind of tricky and has many different settings that must be set right to work.

First, what version of the firmware do you have?
What connection do you use? LPT1, Network, etc?
When you send your print job, What tray are you sending it to and what paper thickness are you selecting?
Is there anything else showing in the LCD readout area?
