I have a customer with an M3035 it's making kind of a clicking noise when the fuser runs...when it boots up it runs slow and it sounds fine then it speeds up and makes the noise during boot up. I reached under and turned this little white wheel by hand which made the gears in the machine also click (without the fuser in there) has anybody seen this? Is there a certain roller that goes bad?

Yes, pretty common for a set of 4 drive gears to wear out on this model ... we sell those gears at PrinterTechs . Not on the web site but you can call to order 866-352-7108.

I'd love to order from you but my employer won't let me order from outside vendors. I wish I knew what gears they were though.

Well, hopefully you can just call your supplier and tell them you need the drive gears for P3005 fuser ... it's a common item; if it's something they don't sell or know about , I would say switch parts vendors to a more knowledgeable vendor.
