HP 5si Laserjet top page margin

I've got an HP 5si Laserjet Printer. It routinely truncates the first 6-8 lines of every page, effectively moving the top page margin down. I've just replaced the printers registration assembly, and the problem still exists. Any ideas?

Other than registration assembly, this can also be caused by a failing clutch on the paper input unit (you would need to replace the entire paper input unit as clutches aren't available separately) ... we carry them at PrinterTechs
