Phaser 4400DT

Hello i just started a new job in the IT world, and at this facility they have a xerox phaser 4400DT that runs rather well, however has a few hang ups that i would like to get cleared up if at all possible. Does any one know where i can get support for this printer aside from paying Xerox? My problems are as follows, The front loader jams up after feeding about 2/3 inches of paper every other print. The printer will not pull from tray 2 not sure if there is a setting i can change or not, i havent seen any thus far. When try 1 runs out of paper i get a false paper jam, and is there any way to make the paper size stay to automatic as opposed to selecting it each time you refill the paper tray?
