i have problem with one of my user(prof)who get error every time he print from the web!
This is a month old printer and from other programmes,it prints fine
the error comes up on the machine,pls help

We need more information! Please tell us exactly what the error is? Is this printer on a network or hooked directly to the Prof's computer with a USB cable? Does the printout happen at all?

the printer is connected to directly through USB cable,the printer does not show error on the display,but jobs from the web sent to it does not print-error printing to the printer

Hi:
Some operating systems and some web browser combinations have Web printing issues. A Microsoft url: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/298847 has some help. Google a query such as "cannot print from web" then look for your situation. Has the Prof's computer ever printed Web pages? Has anything changed recently? Has he ran a virus scan/worm scan recently? These are some of the areas to look at. Does anyone else in the building using a similar setup have these issues? Let us know what you find.
