This machine has a problem with the colour cartridges. CM&Y all have at least 200 pages remaining according to the Supplies Status Page but all show 0% toner left. Anyone have any ideas why and how to get them to print?

Are these HP toners? What is the date on the box? They can be expired.
If heavy printing, clean sensors.

Known problem.

The work around until the fix is found:
1. from the control panel go to System Setup and then Print Quality menu
2. go to Replace Supplies submenu
3. select Override at out to enable the override feature
4. select Stop at Out to disable the override feature if you desire later
