Hi,
Have a customer with a Hplj1300 that first thing in morning when switched on and first print job an error message reads on PC - Black Print Cartridge Memory Missing'
If customer turns printer off, removes cartridge and re-installs and then turns printer on again she will be able to print perfect for rest of the day!? Untill the next morning :) ....
original HP cartridge is being used, so any ideas??
