HP 4200n

It is a 4200n, when boot up, pass memory check and stop at menu:
load file and execute. press checkmarl key, show:downld file now and frozen
like a cold reset menu, but how can I exit this menu and boot to normal menu, already tried to remove EIO card, not work.

Have you tried reseating the memory DIMM? We get a few unseated DIMMs from time to time and that can cause strange problems. Power down the printer, slide the right side cover back, open the sheet metal door. With one hand touching the bare metal remove and reinstall the DIMM three times. If no luck here then it is likely the formatter. Any printers you can swap parts with? Any chance it is under warranty?

Try to COLD reset than NVRAM init before the firmware updating..

try nvram init, not works, so can not do firmware upgrade. maybe need change formatted board.
