I have one HP8150 with the same problem as posted by Nathan Prus, where it prints further off the page to the right the more pages of a document it prints. If I print more than eight (8) pages it starts moving right and by the time I get to approximately 12-20 pages it is off the page by 4-6 characters. The other 8150 prints fine in single mode, but Duplex leaves a black streak on the backside page rightmost edge, almost on the side (as if you had flipped a stack of paper on edge and painted the edge lengthwise (11"). I have installed a maintenance kit and a new duplexer. Any ideas?

Does it print off to the right from all trays?

Not sure. Will be onsite next week to find out. If not from all trays then what? Or if from all trays?
Thanks for the response.

If it's only from one tray, then it's tray related. Paper size set incorrectly, for tray 4...check the paper size fences for being installed correctly. One tray bad, narrows down the options considerably.

Assuming it occurs from all the lower trays --> My 2 cents would be swapping either registration assembly or paper input unit ...
