Looks like a tank trak on edge of paper

I just put in a maintenance kit for an HP Laserjet 4000. It feeds great, but my prints have about 1 inch on the right hand side of the sheet that looks like tank traks going up the page. Any ideas what is causing this?

Try a half-way test, to see if the marks are coming from the toner or the fuser.

Thanks Steve. I did the halfway test and the issue was before it got to the fuser. So itis the toner cartridge. As always thanks!
