I just had a customer call in with their Samsung CLP-315W behaving very erratically. It sometimes prints a whole page of the same line from a print job, sometimes prints multiple pages, sometimes the color is doubled (shadow image from unmixed colors), and many other errors. This happens no matter which computer is used, and reinstalling does not affect the problem.
I set the unit up for service assuming this is the on-board computer, but am very curious as to what would cause this type of problem with the unit. My customer would like to know, as well.
