Got a problem, in that when printing black only, the text is like a draft print. Can this be the cartridge at fault? it is a new one, so I took it out and put in another new one but it is the same with that. I have checked and have the Text selected for printing not the Draft one. When I printed off an email with an email address in it, it printed in blue very clearly. I reset the defaults to make sure that wasn't the problem. I couldn't contact the supplier of the cartridges today but will on Monday. Is there anything else I could check? I looked at advanced settings but did not change anything as I didn't understand them. Many thanks for any help. Mavis
