Page too complex

Have a HP CLJ 2840 that constantly comes up with "page too complex". Tried resetting the USB to slow speed....no luck and someone suggested holding * and # etc but no luck. Cant print emails,pictures, etc. Any suggestions?

You should try downloading / installing a different driver for it from HP.com
