I did reseat the scanner controller board and still getting the error. Can it be fixed? Thank you.

replace the complete flat bed scanner, we have!

Use NVRAM Init to clear the errors. Will have to save your PB and settings first.

Looks like the NVRAM Init did it. Will keep an eye on it ...Thank you.
