Okay, where do I start on this machine......
Initial call the machine would not power on so I replaced the power supply. Machine then would turn on but would tell you doors were open and throw 57.07 and 57.06 errors, after testing voltages I replaced the T-CRG board with no change. I then replaced the DC controller and had no change. I did more voltage readings and found that I only have 1 24v lead coming from the HVPS so I then replaced the HVPS. After all of this the machine still had not changed the way it acted. Out of desperation I changed the little voltage regulator on top of the power supply(used to one from the old one) The machine no longer said doors were open, all the fans turned on, no more 57.XX errors. Now to the problem at hand. When the machine initializes it tells me no cartridges and no drums are installed, I have changed the supplies, I have also changed the memory reader PCB. I am stuck, has anyone else run into this?
edit: I can disable cartridge check and the printer will printer perfectly.
