Toner Low Error

My HP 5100 printer gives toner low error.kindly guide me
to resolve this issue

Might we assume that youhave a new cartridge installed?
If so, go into the CONFIGURATION menu, drill down to
"New toner cartridge =No". Change it to "yes"

You really haven't told us what you have done. I'll conclude nothing.
So, try what I mentioned above.
