Hello, i have this Problem on a MFP 4345. I have already changed the Maintenance Kit and i still have this Problem. Can anyone please help me! Thanks.

Do you get this message when you first turn the printer on, or only when you send it a print job?

Do you hear the printer actually trying to pick up the paper, and does it move the paper at all? Does it give you this message this when you try to print from all the paper trays, or just one tray?

You can try blowing out the printer with compressed air to rid any paper bits, etc. that may be stuck ...

I assume by maintenance kit you are saying you replaced the fuser as well as the pickup/feed rollers, not just the rollers?
