Hey guys,
They all have the jam indicator on. I've run engine tests - prints fine. checked the paper tray, tried different toners, performed cold resets, NVRAM resets, reset all connectors and ribbon cables.
The service manual doesn't say the jam indicator has any other meaning other then paper jam.
Is the controller board or ECU possibly shot. If I can find definately that one of these PCB's are dead, I'll order 50 of them (if its cost effective).
Before I start swapping known good boards into one of these to determine, To save some very limited time I was wondering if anyone else has discovered the culprit to this apparently common problem.
Greatly appreciate any help,
DCO
