I am using the duplex paper accessory, not the one with the small paper tray attached. (This accessory is to have the printer print take a piece of paper, print one side and spit it out, then draw it back in and print the other side... all automatically) whe the printer receives the print job, it takes the paper in about 4" and then jams, and an error on the screen come up and says that it cannot print due to system error, try printing again and if that does not work to reboot.
I have tried different paper types, I reinstalled the printer, I reinstalled the duplex accessory, I replaced the printer and the accessory from the store, and I have called HP support which suggested I try different paper, that is after being on the phone with them for 45 minutes.
I have configured the printer to print duplex two sided via properties-configuration-setup tool box. The document is a MS Word doc.
Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thank you.
