I'm always getting stitched like print, or streaks down print on some pages and some pages are normal, in all black its a like a dot but it does not rub off.
what can cause this, the fuser has only done 5000 page work.

Possibly a dirty transfer roller. Clean.
Toner may have a spot not getting cleaned.

Have you done a halfway test?

it turned out to been paper dust from the drum, using cheap paper.
It seemed to have cleared up.
The fuser is brand new from a oem kit, transfer roller was replaced.
I'll use up the toner and change it, when it runs out.
For now it seems to have cleared up.
it looks to be the toner doing it, which is also oem, i'm running a duplexed job.
If the fuser goes bad, how long is the warranty.
I thought it was toner anyway, its actally old stock.

If you're seeing it only on duplexing ... a LOT of the aftermarket brands of transfer rollers leave print defects when duplexing ... don't know if you're using an OEM transfer roller but you could check that ...

the transfer roller is a oem roller from a repair kit.
