hi i have just re installed my printer after six months laying about, and have found it prints blank pages the printer is full on all supplies to a average of 86% little used, 2 years old.
I can see the test page ready to be transfered, it then errors with paper jam at transfere roller. the page feeds fully. i have looked at all angles but cant find and foreign material inside the printer any suggestions please MT:(

Sounds like a paper size error.
check that the paper size is the same, in the tray, in the printer system and in the printer setup.

weird but its true.... i loaded windows 7 and thought ill connect the printer its all working fine.. uninstalled from xp re down loaded prog and it works fine now!
