Need instructions on how to replace the tray 2 pickup roller assembly. Keep in mind that I am not talking about the pickup roller, I am talking about the entire assembly.

Unfortunately HP's Service Manual does not directly address this part ... it is a fairly tricky piece to replace but the pickup roller shaft is a common piece to break or at least be knocked out of place ...

Sometimes rather than replacing the assembly, you can just "wiggle" and twist the shaft, and gently pull it back into position ...

If you aren't able to get the piece installed, you can also send the printer in and we can replace it (at PrinterTechs ) ...
