4100tn jetdirect is Gone

For some reason the printer does not see the jetdirect anymore???? I have re-boot it and restore the factory settings. I also put another Jetdirect and is still not seen it. What should I do next???? Thanks :confused:

A 4100 has two slots for an option board, have you tried it in the other one?

As Brian said, try slot 2 or you could have 2 bad cards. I've been told there have been some conterfeit JetDirects on the market that have poor reliability.
