Toner on the transfer belt comes from a leaking toner ... you may occasionally see a small amount of toner, in which case you can try wiping the belt down ... but if the toner buildup continues, you'll need to replace the toner ...

Cleaning of the Belt does resolve pblm, but only for a couple of prints. Ran CYM and looks like Magenta may be the pblm.
