One of my clients is using a Ricoh Afi 4000 printer and having some strange issues. When they go to print, the job is sent to the printer without a problem but then the printer itself pops out a page with a PCL XL error on it and does not complete the job. I am still able to print a test page without a problem, but I tried reinstalling the driver just to be sure. The printer was then able to print...for about 2 jobs, before once again returning to the PCL XL error. Any help on this would be appreciated.
