I have a Konica Minolta 2350 color printer and I cannot remove the drum.
I have followed the instructions, removing the waste container and moving a lever to the 11 o'clock position and it seems that it should just pull out but it does not. I have a replacement and it shows the same instructions.
I am totally confused and frustrated..:confused:
