laserjet 8100 21 page too complex

what is this??? i'm trying to print a paper path test from a 2000 sheet tray and from while to while i've got this message (21 page too complex) and if i look there is a paper jam before the paper enter the first roller of the vtu. any idea's??? thanks!!!

you got the jam likely because the printer stopped printing when the error came up. You might look in the memory area for the solution to your problem. Either you have a bad DIMM or you need to install an upgrade to print your document.
