i have a problem with my new printer hp laserjet 4014n
error50.2 fuser error
kindly advise me

If it is new then you have a warranty issue. Call the number in the papers that came with it. They will want it shipped back to them in the origional packing. You will have to pay for the shipping costs to return it.

Depending on the warranty that you have, a tech might come to you to do the repair.

how long did you have this printer in service? or did this happen out of the box?

if it happend out of the box thats rare, and hp might give you a swap.

it might either be the fuser or the power supply.

i ensure you all, hp wont repair this, they will just give you another printer.
