Webjet Admin question?

Hi All,

I am running Webjet Admin (version 8.1) to keep track of page counts, every other printer shows a page count except the HP Laserjet 4 plus. Is there something i need to enable? Is it too old to keep page counts? Any suggestion would be awesome. Thanks.

The HP4 does keep a page count but I am not sure if Webjet has access to that number. Run a test page and see if the Jetdirect card is at firmware 8.49. That is as high as those NIC's go. If not, update it and see if that helps.

Thanks you... I have checked and it is at 8.49, my guess is its just to old to keep page counts on webjet admin thanks.
