Hi,
I've just changed the black ink cartridge in my printer and now when I'm printing the printer is missing random lines so I have gaps in the page. Any ideas?

Run the cartridge cleaning routine

Also, make sure you removed the vent hole tape (the yellow/orange tear off bit).

If the cartridge doesn't provide a clear vent hole it will not allow ink to flow properly as air can't get in to replace the ink used up.
