Hi, I bought my 3600 printer in a 100-110 volt country (Japan) and am now moving to a 240 volt country (India). Does anyone know whether it's possible to change the power supply.

I think these may be the relevant part numbers:

CB441-67902 (Low voltage power supply board - 110 to 127VAC input)

CB441-67903 (Low voltage power supply board - For 220 to 240 VAC input)

Edit: I could of course buy a step down voltage transformer...

A transformer would be easier. The adjustable kind cost more but will help you compensate for brownouts. I lived in the Philippines for many years and that was the way we did it. A UPS would also be a good idea. You could plug the transformer into the UPS. The transformer will also provide some isolation from power surges and lightning strikes.
