Ok...here goes.

I have finally decided to start a business that I have been thinking about for three years. The main purpose of the website is to mail postcards to salespeople's customers.

I will be using 110lb Card Stock (200 gsm) that you can buy cheap at SAM's.
Then I want to come home and duplex information on the card stock in a four up manner. I will then take to a mail house that will cut into fours and mail.

I bought a Dell 5330dn last week and it stinks. The product literature states that it will print on 210 gsm paper. But, It will print a few pages and simply stop pulling from the MPT. When the paper does come out it is curled because of the heat.

My question:
Do you know of a printer (by any manufacturer) that will print straight thru and not curl the paper AND handle at least 200-215 gsm paper?
Do you know any that will print in duplex mode with that weight?
Do you know of software that will print both sides of a postcard at once?

My Budget is $1000 - $2000...but I'd like to hear anything since I may be able to pick up a more expensive unit used in the price range.
I will only be printed Monochrome.

Thank you very much for helping this little start-up company! :)

I am in a similar position to you - needing a good printer to print on card.

Did you ever find a printer which solved your problem? I would be very interested in hearing how you got on.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
