HP 2200 not printing labels

I have an HP 2200 that will not print labels if we print any other pages beyond all or the first page. For example, if we try to print labels, and need to print pages 3-7, it will not print. However if we print just the first page, or print all pages at one time, there seems to be no problem. Any idea why?

Does the printer give an error code?
Are the label sheets of a different size than you usually use?
