All printouts (text or graphic) display grayish streaks across the paper. Can email a jpg (218Kb) of the printout.
Need to know if this is due to a defective:
a. Fuser Kit
b. Drum Kit, or
c. Transfer Kit
Also what the difference between these kits are will be 'much' appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

All of these kits are considered consumables , so keep in mind they will all need to be replaced eventually ... obviously the easiest way to test would be if you have another 4500 machine where you could swap components ...
Keep in mind your toner cartridges are also a potential culprit.
Sometimes you can see a physical defect on the individual components ... specificially, toner buildup on the fuser, drum, or transfer kit ...
Other than visual inspection of components, you could also try a halfway test to help eliminate / confirm the fuser:

According to the service manual, grey streaks are caused by
toner density set incorrectly
toner cartridge defective
excess toner inside the printer. Clean it.
the imaging drum is defective or near end of life. Replace it.
