HP Deskjet 3930

Hello,
For some reason, I can't get new cartridges to insert in my HP 3930 printer.

I've read the manual and am doing everything the same, I've changed them a dozen times before - but this time they just won't go in properly.

Any suggestions?

Take the old cartridge and see if that seats properly.
Possibly you have a mislabelled cartridge.

Thanks, I can't get the old or new in for some unknown reason. They are both HP brand, same as I've always used.

The printer seems to be ok, I just can't get those cartridges back in right.

It's like they don't fit anymore!
