I am running a PC on XP SP2.
My printer is not printing colour correctly. Black is fine.
Replaced the tri-colour cartridge but no improvement.
It sometimes gets the the infamous "pink flu" but other times just prints random colours.
After running the internal testing routine the resulting print out includes an error code 90020101 .
Does anyone know what this code actually means? I can't find it anywhere on the web (apart from other people having the same question).
