2240 Top output bin issue

I have a user that is having problems when printing out documents that are many pages the paper is falling out of the output bin. I have had the client try a new ream of paper but still issue persists. Anything else anyone could suggest to look into?

2 possible solutions. 1.) open the output paper stop so that it stands straight up. That should keep it from flying off the machine. or 2.) open the rear door. HP printers usually permit you to print with the back door open. It will keep the paper from flying around. I only had this problem when I had a fan in the room pointed in the paper feed direction.
