Hi all,
I have a Canon PIXMA MP210. A while ago I started to have an issue in which when I attempt to print, the paper is sucked into the printer about 3 inches, after which the printer displays an E3 paper jam error. I looked at Canon's support page and made sure I was loading the paper right. I also went to printer properties -> maintenance and cleaned the rollers twice, all to no avail.
I ended up calling Canon's tech support, who told me that it seemed to be a hardware issue and, as my printer was part of a package deal and thus had only a 90 day warranty, it would cost as much to fix it as it would to buy a new one.
I don't want to spend $70 on a new printer/scanner so I came here to ask if anyone knows anything I could try to possibly fix this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Dan
