I was working on an exit roller problem. I accidently dropped the pin that holds the gear in place on the right side of the assy into the guts on the printer. I then removed all of the assemblies trying to find the missing pin.
I found the pin, but now, after reassembly, the printer won't pick up a sheet of paper. I see the exit rollers moving (self test mode), the paper lifts up during the load cycle. I even hear the "click" of the solinoid on the right side of the feed assemby. If I open the door and push paper into the path a little bit, it works. It just won't pick up on it's own. There's a spring loaded "thing" on the right side of the feeder assy. Is there something that I missed when reinstalling the assy's?
Oh....yes.....I get a paper Jam error 13.

Thanks,

Bob
